The amounts shown represent only the federal award portion of the program costs for 2023 and 2024. Program costs, including the Conference’s portion, are more than shown. The 2023 federal award expenditures, as previously reported, were understated. As such, the 2024 Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards includes the understated amount of COVID 19- Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds in the amount of $16,738.00. The 2024 federal award expenditures are $1,356,196.00. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
