The full amount and unamortized outstanding balance of the loan guarantee program for capital advance loan received under the Supportive Housing for Persons with Disabilities (Section 811) Program was $1,176,404 as of June 30, 2023. The total federal expenditures shown in the above schedule represents the full amount of capital advance loan balance as of July 1, 2022. No new loans were made under this program during 2023 and there were no interest subsidies, cash or administrative cost allowances made under this program in 2023.
