Notes to SEFA
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards and State Financial Assistance (the Schedule) presents the activity of all federal programs and state projects of the Association for the year ended June 30, 2024. All expenditures related to federal awards and state projects received directly from the federal and state agencies, as well as the federal awards and state projects passed through other governmental agencies, are included in the accompanying Schedule. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements , Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) and the Florida Single Audit Act .
The Schedule was prepared on the accrual basis of accounting.
There were no federal or state awards expended in non-cash assistance.
The Association elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate.
