Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (Schedule) includes the federal award activity of the City of Dodge City, Kansas under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2024. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirement of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operation of the City of Dodge City, Kansas, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the City of Dodge City, Kansas. The Schedule is presented using a regulatory basis of accounting prescribed by the Kansas Municipal Audit and Accounting Guide (as described in Note A to the financial statement), which is the same basis of accounting as the financial statement accompanying this schedule.
