The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Catholic Charities of Ingham Eaton & Clinton Counties under programs of the federal government for the period from April 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Catholic Charities of Ingham Eaton & Clinton Counties, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of Catholic Charities of Ingham Eaton & Clinton Counties

Effective in the current reporting period, the Organization changed its fiscal year end from March 31 to December 31 to better align its financial reporting with industry practices and funding requirements. As a result of this change, the accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards present a transition period from April 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 (a nine-month period).
