The Agency had contracts with Delaware County that may have contained a blend of federal, state and county awards. To the extent determinable, the federal funding has been separated from state and county funds based on information provided by the grantor, the nature of the underlying programs, and history of funding for the underlying programs. Such determinable federal expenditures are included in the Schedule. However, it was determined that there were approximately $540,000 of expenditures relating to programs that had been identified as federal in previous periods for which the federal status could not be reasonably determined for the year ended June 30, 2024. As the federal source could not be verified to a reasonable degree, these expenditures have been excluded from the Schedule.
