Licking Memorial Health Systems and Subsidiaries (the “System”) is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the state of Ohio to provide and promote health care services in Central Ohio. Federal funds were received in awards from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”), including through federal programs established by legislation issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g. Coronavirus Aud, Relief, and Economic Security Act or the American Rescue Plan (“ARP”).
