The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Cape & Islands Community Development Incorporated under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements of Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Cape & Islands Community Development Incorporated it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of Cape & Islands Community Development Incorporated. The dollar threshold used to distinguish Type A and Type B programs according to 2CFR 200.518(b)(1) is determined to be $750,000. All expenditures of federal awards on this Schedule were received directly from a federal agency. There were no awards received that were passed through to subrecipients
