Notes to SEFA
The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (Schedule) includes the federal award activity of River City Domestic Violence Center under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2024. The information on this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Title 2, U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirement, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the River City Domestic Violence Center, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in financial position or cash flows of River City Domestic Violence Center.
Expenditures reported in the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following, as applicable, either the cost principles in OMB Circular A-87, Cost Principles for State, Local and Indian Tribal Governments, or the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
River City Domestic Violence Center has elected not to use the 10% deminimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
No awards were passed through to subrecipients.
For federal loan guarantee programs, the organization reports as federal awards expended the sum of: (i) the value of new loans made or received during the year, (ii) the beginning-of-year outstanding balance of loans for which the Federal Government imposes continuing compliance requirements, and (iii) any interest subsidy, cash, or administrative cost allowance received during the year.
