Notes to SEFA
The schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal grant and loan activity of Argonaut House 2, for HUD Project No. 127-HD044, under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2024. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of operations of Argonaut House 2, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of Argonaut House 2.
Of the federal expenditures presented in the Schedule, Argonaut House 2 provided none of the federal awards to subrecipients.
Argonaut House 2 received the following funding through a loan. Loan documents require compliance with program regulations until the maturity date of the loan. The loan is forgivable on its maturity date provided Argonaut House 2 remains in compliance with the loan requirements. The loan balance outstanding at December 31, 2024, is included in the accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards.
