Notes to SEFA
The schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of One Community Health under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2024. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of One Community Health, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of One Community Health.
One Community Health was the recipient of funding by the United State Department of Agriculture. Balances relating to this program are included in One Community Health’s basic financial statements. The loans have continuing compliance requirements and therefore the outstanding balances are reflected on the Schedule. No new loans were issued during the year ended December 31, 2024. The balance of the loans outstanding at December 31, 2024 were $12,379,924.
One Community Health has not elected to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
