The Project has a Capital Advance Agreement with HUD under Section 202 of the National Affordable Housing Act (Assistance Listing Number 14.157) totaling $7,233,972 as of December 31, 2024. The Project also has $3,315,000 outstanding under the HUD HOME Investment Partnerships Program (Assistance Listing Number 14.239) as of December 31, 2024.
