Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the ”Schedule”) presents the activities in allthe federal awards programs of Structured Employment Economic Development Corporation (the “Organization”) as of December 31, 2024. All financial awards received directly from federal agencies as well as financial awards passed through other governmental agencies or non-profit organizations are included on the schedule. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards ("Uniform Guidance"). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to and does not present the consolidated financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Organization.
Expenditures of federal awards are reported on the consolidated statement of activities and changes in net assets (deficit) as program services. In certain programs, the expenditures reported in the basic consolidated financial statements may differ from the expenditures reported on the schedule of expenditures of federal awards due to program expenditures exceeding grant or contract budget limitations, matching or in-kind contributions or capitalization policies required under accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
For the year ended December 31, 2024, Seedco awarded $556,693 to subrecipients.
