Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the schedule) includes the federal award activity of Big Sky Community Housing Trust (the Organization) under the COVID-19: Emergency Rental Assistance Program for the year ended December 31, 2024. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements of Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of the Organization. Subsequent Events The Organization has evaluated subsequent events through September 22, 2025, the date which the schedule was available to be issued.
COVID 19: Emergency Rental Assistance Program During the year ended December 31, 2024, the Organization received $813,064 from Montana Department of Commerce under the Emergency Rental Assistance program. The Organization expended these funds towards the construction of an affordable housing project in Big Sky, Montana known as Riverview Apartments (the Project). The Project is owned by Riverview Apartments, LLLP, an entity affiliated to the Organization.
