Notes to SEFA
The federal loan programs listed subsequently are administered directly by the District, and balances and transactions relating to these programs are included in the District's basic financial statements. Loans outstanding at the beginning of the year and loans made during the year are included in the federal expenditures presented in the Schedule. See the Notes to the SEFA for chart/table.
The District has an Economic Development Agency Revolving Loan Fund that was funded by three individual grants issued by the Department of Commerce in previous years. In 2014, three individual revolving loan fund grants were consolidated into one revolving loan fund. The amount of federal award that is included in the federal expenditures is presented in the Schedule. See the Notes to the SEFA for chart/table.
