Title: Basis of Presentation
Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in as required by Title 2 U.S. CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Negative amounts shown on the Schedule, if any, represent adjustments or credits made in the normal course of business to amounts reported as expenditures in prior year.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: The Organization has an agreement with the U.S. Department of Labor to receive reimbursement for indirect costs. The indirect cost rate for 2024 was 22.21% of direct costs. The de minimus indirect rate of 10% has not been used.
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards includes the federal grant activity of the Organization and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of as required by Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the general-purpose financial statements.
