Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards includes the federal grant activity of Access Health Louisiana and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).

Rate Explanation: AHL elected not to use the de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the revenues from federal
awards of Access Health Louisiana (AHL) as defined in Note 1 to AHL’s basic financial statements for
the year ended February 28, 2025. All federal financial assistance that was received directly from
federal agencies is included on the schedule, as well as federal assistance passed through other
government agencies.
