Title: Access Program
Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Revenue is recognized when earned, and expenses are recognized when incurred. Negative amounts shown on the Schedule represent adjustments or credits made in the normal course of business to amounts reported as expenditures in prior years. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available.

Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate.
The ACCESS Program is a medical assistance program that reimburses local education agencies for direct, eligible health-related services provided to enrolled special needs students. ACCESS reimbursements are Federal monies but are classified as fee-for-service revenues and are not considered Federal financial assistance and are not included on the Schedule. The amount of ACCESS funding expended, but not included on the Schedule for the year ended June 30, 2022, was $77,855.
