Title: Value of Non-Cash Awards Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards includes the federal grant activity of Grant County, Colorado, and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2, US Code of Federal Regulations, Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principales, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards ("Uniform Guidance"). Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in, the presentation of the basis financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: Y Rate Explanation: The County has elected to use the 10% de minimis cost rate allowed in 200.414 (F&A) Costs, of the Uniform Guidance. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) electronic benefit transfers of $1,338,034 are reported in the Human Services Fund and not reported in the Schedule of Expenditures for Federal Awards.
