De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Salvation Army has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal, State, and City Awards present the activities in all the federal, state, and city award programs of The Salvation Army Greater Philadelphia Activities. All awards received directly from federal agencies, as well as awards passed through other governmental agencies are included on the schedule.
