Title: Basis of Presentation
Accounting Policies: The SEFA presents the expenditures of all federal awards reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the grant agreements, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Destination Crenshaw did not elect to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.

The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (“SEFA”) includes the federal grant activity of Destination Crenshaw under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2024. The federal information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the regulations of Uniform Grants Guidance, 2 CFR Part 2000, Subpart F. These amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in or used in the presentation of the consolidated financial statements.
