For the year ended December 31, 2024 the four affiliates that had federal and state grant activity were Children’s Hospital and Health System, Inc. (CHS), Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Inc. (CHW), Children’s Service Society of Wisconsin (CSSW), Children’s Medical Group (CMG). The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Guidance and the State Single Audit Guidelines. De Minimis Rate Used: Y Rate Explanation: The auditee has a federal indirect cost rate for CSSW of 29.40% and for CHW of 48.00%. Certain grants apply an indirect cost rate that is less than the federally approved provisional rate of 29.40% and 48.00%. This adjustment has been made to align with the specific budgetary constraints and stipulations outlined in the grant provisions. This measure ensures adherence to the fiscal guidelines provided by the funding agency. The auditee used the de minimis cost rate of 10% for CMG, CMG has never received a federally negotiated indirect cost rate.
