De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The District did not allocate indirect costs to federal award programs. Johnson County Special Utility District (the District) is a governmental entity created by the 78th Texas Legislature in Senate Bill 5 on June 20, 2003, subject to a confirmation election which was held November 4, 2003. The District operates under Texas Water Code Chapter 65, as amended.
