Subsequent loans are subject to the same compliance requirements imposed by HUD as the initial loans. These loans are collateralized by a lien against the equipment of the borrower. At December 31, 2024, the gross amount of loans outstanding under this program was $761,820. Of the $761,820, the City estimates that $22,215 to be uncollectible.
