The information in these Schedules is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations and Chapter 10.650, Rules of the Auditor General. Therefore, some amounts presented in these Schedules may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: Y Rate Explanation: The City has elected to use the 10 percent de minimus cost rate. The accompanying Schedules of Expenditures of Federal Awards and State Financial Assistance presents the activity of all federal awards programs and state projects of City of Miami Gardens, Florida, (the "City") for the year ended September 30, 2024. All federal awards and state projects expended from federal and state agencies are included in these Schedules.
