Finding 2024-001
Mountainview Daycare Nutrition Program provides administrative services to twemty daycare centers during the Fiscal Year 2023-2024. The daycare centers submitted enrollment studies for their locations which support the reimbursement rates for the meal program. We audited the application records and the study month information to determine the accuracy of the reimbursements. The auditing work determined numerous errors effecting the reimbursement rate received.
