During the year ended December 31, 2024, DePelchin maintained the following types of insurance: Commercial general liability including professional liability and property coverage -$1,000,000 each occurrence and $3,000,000 general aggregate. Automobile liability - $1,000,000 per accident. Umbrella liability - $10,000,000 each occurrence and $10,000,000 aggregate (limited to $1,000,000 for sexual abuse/molestation and professional liability and $3,000,000 aggregate). Workers compensation - $1,000,000 each accident. Directors and officer liability (including employment practices) - $5,000,000 aggregate. Fiduciary liability and crime policy - $1,000,000 each loss.
