Title: Basis of Presentation Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance and the Florida Single Audit Act, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Negative amounts, if any, shown on the Schedule represent adjustments or credits made in the normal course of business to amounts reported as expenditures in prior years. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented when available. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Organization has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards and state projects (the “Schedule”) includes the federal awards and state projects activity of Agape Community Health Center, Inc. (the “Organization”) under programs of the federal government and the State of Florida for the year ended December 31, 2024. The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), the Florida Single Audit Act (Section 215.97, Florida Statutes), and the State of Florida Department of Financial Services, Chapter 691-5, Florida Administrative Code, State Financial Assistance Projects, and Chapter 10.650, Rules of the Auditor General. Therefore, some amounts presented in the Schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of the Organization.
