Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The City does not allocate indirect costs and therefore has not elected to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The City of Clinton, Missouri is the recipient of several federal awards. All federal awards received directly from federal agencies as well as those awards that are passed through other government agencies, are included on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.
