Federal Programs: California Veterans Assistance Foundation, Inc. qualifies as a low-risk auditee in accordance with Uniform Guidance. Type A programs represent those with combined expenditures exceeding $750,000 and programs that also were deemed major programs based on the auditor’s risk assessment. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Organization uses an approved cost allocation plan.
