Accounting Policies: The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the Uniform Guidance. The Schedule is prepared using the same accounting policies and basis of accounting as the fund financial statements in the basic financial statements.

Rate Explanation: The District did not use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate.
The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) is a supplementary schedule to the basic financial statements. The Schedule is required by Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).

Assistance Listing Numbers (ALN)
The Uniform Guidance requires the Schedule to show the total expenditures for each of the entity's federal awards as identified by the Assistance Listing Number (ALN). The Assistance
Listing is a government-wide compendium of individual federal programs. Each program included in the Assistance Listing is assigned a five-digit program identification number.
Major Programs
The Uniform Guidance establishes the levels of expenditures or expenses and other criteria to be used in defining major federal programs. The federal awards tested as a major program were
Federal Transit Cluster (ALN 20.507 and ALN 20.526).
Indirect Costs
The District did not use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate.
Subrecipients of Federal Awards
The District did not provide federal award funding to any subrecipients during the year ended December 31, 2024.
