Accounting Policies: Basis of Presentation - The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA)includes all federal grant activity and certain loan activity of Central City Concern and Other Entities(collectively, the Organization). The SEFA is presented using the accrual basis of accounting inaccordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. Theinformation in the SEFA is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code ofFederal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and AuditRequirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the SEFA presents only a selectedportion of the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to and does not present theconsolidated financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Organization. Therefore,some amounts presented in the SEFA may differ from amounts presented in, or used in thepreparation of, the consolidated financial statements.Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented when available.Expenditures - Expenditures reported on the SEFA are recognized following the cost principlescontained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or arelimited as to reimbursement. Expenditures reported on the SEFA for the COVID-19 - ProviderRelief Fund and American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural Distribution (Assistance Listing Number93.498) are based on the report that is required to be submitted to the Health Resources and ServiceAdministration (HRSA) reporting portal.
