The Cheney School District used the federal restricted rate of 0.92% and the federal unrestricted rates of 15.13% & 12.44% on ESSER III funds.

The Cheney School District operates a “schoolwide program” in five elementary buildings (Betz, Salnave, Sunset, Windsor and Snowdon Elementary). Using federal funding, schoolwide programs are designed to upgrade an entire educational program within a school for all students, rather than limit services to certain targeted students. The following federal program amounts were expended by the Cheney School District in its schoolwide program: Title I (84.010) $1,225,597.35.
