Title: Note 1: Basis of Presentation
Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal awards activity of the Agency under programs of the Federal government for the year ended June 30, 2024. The information in this Schedule is presentd in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Agency, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of the Agency. All Federal awards received directly from Federal agencies, as well as Federal awards passed through other agencies, are included in the Schedule. Medical reimbursements are defined as contracts for services and not federal awards; therefore, they are not covered by the reporting requirements of the Uniform Guidance. Total Medicaid funding for the year ended June 30, 2024 was $8,266.
De Minimis Rate Used: Y
Rate Explanation: The Agency has elected to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
