Title: Reporting Entity Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal program activity of the Johnson County Special Utility District and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the District, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net position, or cash flows of the District. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. Johnson County Special Utility District (the District) is a governmental entity created by the 78th Texas Legislature in Senate Bill 5 on June 20, 2003, subject to a confirmation election which was held November 4, 2003. The District operates under Texas Water Code Chapter 65, as amended.
