Title: 2 Categorization of Expenditures Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the grant activity of Devereux Corporation and Controlled Entities d/b/a Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health (Devereux) and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in the Schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, Devereux’s consolidated financial statements. The Schedule is not intended to and does not present the financial position, operations, changes in net assets, or cash flows of Devereux. Additionally, for programs with both federal and state or local funding, the grantor agencies determine the federal share of expenditures provided to Devereux. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: Devereux has not elected to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The categorization of federal expenditures by program included in the Schedule is based on the Assistance Listings at SAM.gov. Changes in the categorization of expenditures occur based on revisions to the Assistance Listings which are issued in June and December of each year.
