Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform
Guidance). The amounts reported in the accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal
Awards agree, in all material respects, to amounts reported within Earth Island Institute, Inc.’s
financial statements.
