De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: International Child Resource Institute Programs, Inc. has elected not to use the ten (10) percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under Uniform Guidance. The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards includes the federal award activity of the International Child Resource Institute Programs, Inc., under programs of the federal government for the years ending June 30, 2024 in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operation of the International Child Resource Institute Programs, Inc., it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net position, or cash flows of the International Child Resource Institute Programs, Inc. International Child Resource Institute Programs, Inc. reporting entity is defined in Note 1 to the Organization’s basic financial statements.
