Single audits under the Uniform Guidance are performed in accordance with the provisions of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)’s Compliance Supplement for Single Audits of Higher Learning Institutions and other Non-Profit Institutions (the “Compliance Supplement”). The Department of Health and Human Services has been designated as Cincinnati Children’s cognizant agency for the Single audit. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Cincinnati Children’s, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of Cincinnati Children’s.
