The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the
federal award activity of Community Health Center Association of Mississippi (the
Association) under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2024.
For the purposes of the Schedule, federal awards include all grants, contracts, loans, and loan
guarantee agreements entered into directly between the Association and agencies and
departments of the federal government or federal grant pass through agencies. The
Association has classified all awards into major and nonmajor programs in accordance with
the provisions of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform
Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal
Awards (Uniform Guidance). Major programs include the following:
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Cooperative Agreement for
Emergency Response: Public Health Crisis Response (MSDH -SBHC Grant).
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – State and Regional Primary Care
Associations (330 PCA Grant).
Fiscal Period Audited: Single audit testing procedures were performed for program
transactions that occurred during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024.
