Nevada Partners, Inc. has elected to use the 10 percent de minimus indirect cost rate as allowed under Uniform Guidance for certain grants. De Minimis Rate Used: Both Rate Explanation: Nevada Partners, Inc. has elected to use the 10 percent de minimus indirect cost rate as allowed under Uniform Guidance for certain grants. The accompanying Schedules of Expenditures of Federal Awards (“SEFA”) includes the federal grant award activity of Nevada Partners, Inc., under programs of the federal government for the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021 in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Guidance, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations.
