Title: Subrecipients
Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of South Central Missouri Community Action Agency and is presented on the modified accrual basis of accounting. The modification to the accrual basis of accounting is that property and equipment are reported as expenditures in the year purchased according to grant requirements. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Guidance. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements.
De Minimis Rate Used: N
Rate Explanation: SCMCAA maintains an indirect cost rate with the Department of Health and Human Services and is not eligible to use the 10 percent de minimus indirect cost rate.
SCMCAA did not provide federal awards to subrecipients.
