Accounting Policies: This schedule includes the federal award activity of the Singing River Services under programs of the federal government of the year ended June 30, 2023. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirement, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents on a selected portion of the operations of Singing River Services, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, or changes in net assets of Singing River Services. The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of Singing River Services and is presented on the modified-accrual basis of accounting. Differences between the granting-agency basis of accounting and the basis of accounting used by Singing River Services in preparing its financial fund statements may occur.
De Minimis Rate Used: Both
Rate Explanation: Singing River Services elected to use the de-minimis indirect cost rate for SAMHSA grants at an amount of 10% and the allowable 8% indirect cost rate for DMH grants.
