Expenditures reported on the schedule are reported on the modified accrual basis of accounting. Escambia County, Florida, did not elect to utilize the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards and State Financial Assistance includes the federal and state grant activity of Escambia County, Florida, under programs of the federal and state government for the year ended September 30, 2024. Expenditures reported on the schedule are reported on the modified accrual basis of accounting. Escambia County, Florida, did not elect to utilize the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
