Title: BASIS OF PRESENTATION Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited to reimbursement. Pass-through identifying numbers are presented where available. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of Our House, Inc. under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2024. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements.

Management does not believe that such disallowance, if any, would have a material effect on its financial position.
Title: U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ECONOMIC INJURY DISASTER LOAN EMERGENCY ADVANCE PROGRAM Accounting Policies: Expenditures reported on the schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited to reimbursement. Pass-through identifying numbers are presented where available. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. The Organization received direct loan financing from the U.S. Small Business Adminstration's Economic Injury Disaster Loan Emergency Advance program in the year ended May 21, 2020. Balances and transactions related to these loans are included in the Organization’s financial statements. The total balance of loans outstanding under the U.S. Small Business Adminstration's Economic Injury Disaster Loan Emergency Advance program at June 30, 2024 was $150,000.
