De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: Minimis cost rate does not used The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the “Schedule”) includes the federal award activity of the Municipality under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2023. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards includes the federal grant activity of Autonomous Municipality of Comerío, Puerto Rico and is prepared on the modified accrual basis of accounting. Accordingly, amounts presented in the accompanying schedule agree to amounts presented in the basic financial statements except for FEMA grants.
