Title: Scope of Audit
Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (hereinafter “Schedule”) includes the federal grant activity of the Organization and is presented on the accrual basis. The information in the schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic financial statements. Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, nor cash flows of the Organization.
De Minimis Rate Used: Y
Rate Explanation: The Organization elected to use the option of the ten percent (10%) de minimis indirect cost rate.
