De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: During the year ended June 30, 2024, the Authority did not use the de Minimis indirect cost rate. The Authority charge indirect costs to all federal programs using a cognizant agency approved indirect cost rate. The Federal Transity Administration approved a 34.52% fixed indirect cost rate subject to annual carryforward adjustments on March 31, 2017. The Authority's adjusted rated was 32.90% for the period covering July 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, and 30.03% for the period covering January, 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024. The rate is applied to direct labor and benefits. The determination of when an award is expanded is based on when the activity related to the award occurred.
