Title: Pass-Through Funds: Accounting Policies: The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of the Charter School under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2024. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Charter School, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Charter School. Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The Charter School has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The Charter School did not pass through any federal funds to subrecipients.

U.S. Department of Education Education Stabilization Fund Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act - ESSER II and III The objectives of the ESSER II and III Funds are to provide state educational agencies (SEAs) and local educational agencies (LEAs), including charter schools that are LEAs, with emergency relief funds to address the impact that COVID-19 has had, and continues to have, on elementary and secondary schools across the nation. American Rescue Plan - Homeless I State educational agencies and local educational agencies (LEAs) must use ARP-HCY funds to identify homeless children and youth, to provide homeless children and youth with wrap-around services to address the challenges of COVID-19, and to enable homeless children and youth to attend school and fully participate in school activities.
