Title: Other Notes (1) Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of all federal financial assistance programs of the Incorporated County of Los Alamos (County). The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards is presented using the modified accrual basis of accounting, which is described in Note (1)D to the County’s basic financial statements. The amounts received from the federal government are recorded as intergovernmental revenues of the County. There were no sub recipients of these grant awards. The County did not use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The County did not use the de minimis cost rate. The de minimis cost rate is not consistently applied to all grants, per grant requirements. County's share of NNSA Cooperative agreement expenditures, ambulance billing and other receipts
